Bankruptcy

Our attorneys have been involved with some of the largest and most complex bankruptcy cases. We can provide litigation trustee services. We also represent corporate debtors and trustees as well as landlords, lenders, investors, shareholders, indenture trustees and trade creditors in chapter 11 cases, including members of official and unofficial committees. Our attorneys have represented clients in connection with trading claims and in the acquisition or disposition of distressed assets. We can help you navigate through a 363 sale or plan of reorganization process. In addition, we handle chapter 15 cases and also advise non-U.S. law firms and non-U.S. clients on U.S. bankruptcy laws.

Callari Partners attorneys handle a wide range of compensation and employee benefit matters including regularly representing CEOs and other senior executives in structuring and negotiating their employment and severance agreements and handling employee benefit issues in corporate mergers, acquisitions, initial public offerings, restructurings and other business-related transactions.
